We love the art of roasting coffee. Every region and every farm produces a unique flavor profile. We select and roast beans in a way to highlight the delicious flavor notes naturally offered in every batch of beans. Our process begins with carefully selecting single origin coffee beans from around the world. We then roast our coffee in small batches to maintain the highest attention to detail throughout the roasting process. Our coffee is roasted to order, so you know you are getting the freshest coffee possible.

Crouse House Coffee donates 10% of all profits to Common Grounds Cafe, a coffee shop run by the non-profit The Root Cellar in Lewiston. It is a pay-as-you-can coffee shop and provides job training for local teenagers and New Mainer immigrants
